It's not reopening. They are permanently closed and dealing with legal issues. Unfortunately Google will not allow anyone to update the status.

When we visited they didn't have a separate brunch menu. They serve the regular menu throughout the day.

Single.malt scotch is made from malted barley. Whisky can be made from wheat, oat, rye, maize or corn . So it is definitely NOT gluten free
